14-Day satisfaction guarantee

We are proud to offer all our customers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This allows you to return GateSIM within 14 days of the order date (subscription start date), for a full refund.

If individual customers are found to be repeatedly abusing our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Free standard delivery

Standard delivery is free of charge to Ireland, UK and rest of Europe.

Standard delivery time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (noon):
    • Delivery to Ireland; next working day
    • Delivery to Great Britain; 3 working days

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (noon):
    • Delivery to Ireland; 2 working days
    • Delivery to Great Britain; 4 working days

Lost or damaged packages

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Support Team.

Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your product to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 14 days of the dispatch date). We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this. To organise a return, please contact our Support Team.

Additional Information

  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at the current time.
  • Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Return & refund process

Contact to organise your return and refund. Refunds will be applied to the same card used for purchase of the GateSIM subscription.
